Our mission is to pursue, identify and purchase properties that offer value-added opportunities when developed or re-developed for free standing, single user, specialty or convenience strip retail use. Our primary appetite has always been  single story re-development opportunities that are “diamonds in the rough” and in-fill sites for new construction, including gas station sites and other contaminated properties that we have remediated and put back into productive use. We are currently seeking small single tenant net leased retail or industrial properties with a credit rated tenant.
